An Elegant Tourist Destination
The Lyon region in southwestern France is the scene of one of the most epic battles fought between Christians and Muslims during the medieval period. They laid siege to the cities of Granada, Algeria, and Morocco but were driven off by the combined forces of Charles the Great, Henry the third and John the Baptist. The Restoration of These Lost Cities Was Done By the French king Charles the first, who sent his army to regain them. The campaign failed and the city of Ferenci
